Polar Profiles is under development. This page is a terms-of-service implementation checklist, not a binding agreement. Obtain legal review and publish final terms before opening account registration to the public.
Accounts and usernames
Define account eligibility, credential responsibilities, reserved names, impersonation rules, recovery, username changes, suspension, and account deletion. The current database reserves platform and administrative routes.
People’s content
State that creators retain ownership of their content and define the limited permission needed to store, render, and share content they choose to publish. Set clear rules for unlawful material, intellectual-property violations, abuse, and misuse.
Safety and moderation
Before public launch, establish an abuse-reporting channel, response and appeal process, administrator roles, account restrictions, and an emergency removal procedure. Do not imply that moderation tools are available until they exist.
Service and changes
Explain the service’s development status, availability limits, support channel, changes to these terms, and applicable law. Payments and paid plans are not implemented.
